From grain to meal and oil

Raw grain
Soybeans (or another oilseed) go into the extruder straight from the field, with no boiler drying.

Friction extrusion
At high temperature, friction happens between the grains themselves, not against iron: less energy used.

Oil separated
The oil is separated from the meal automatically and naturally, with no chemical solvent.

Meal ready
The extruded meal comes out ready for feed, and the oil can become an adjuvant, biofuel or another product.

2004Our story
Technology born in the field
ZAAMP technology began in March 2004 with Paulo Roberto Galvão, a farmer who developed a system to turn soybeans into high-quality meal and oil and made pig farmers self-sufficient in feed production. Today ZAAMP is an industry from Paraná, Brazil, serving the whole country, with machines built to a strict quality standard.

Do ZAAMP extruders need a boiler, firewood or microwave?
No. ZAAMP extruders need no boiler, firewood or microwave to dry the grain: extraction and toasting happen in a single machine.
Does the meal need any other process before feeding animals?
No. The meal comes out of the extruder ready for animal feed, highly digestible, for cattle, pigs, poultry and horses.
Does the process use chemicals or solvents?
No. The oil is separated from the meal naturally, with no chemical solvents, and is considered extra virgin because it is extracted in a single process.
Can other oilseeds be processed besides soybeans?
Yes. ZAAMP extruders extract oil and meal from other oilseeds such as forage radish, crambe, sunflower, flaxseed, canola and peanut.
Which model is right for my production?
It depends on volume: the Zaampinha makes 25 kg/h of meal, the Z1500 Plus 51 kg/h, the Z3000 Plus 120 kg/h, the ZOE 240 kg/h and the Z480 PRO processes up to 480 kg of soybeans per hour. The equipment is modular, so you can scale up later. Talk to the team to size it.
Do the machines have a warranty and technical support?
Yes. The extruders and the bagging scale have a 1-year warranty after delivery, and ZAAMP has an after-sales and field service team.
